PROTOCOL OF AGREEMENT

 

 

Between :   Camping du Gouffre

 

And :        The renter of a camp site ((hereafter identified as client)), a caravan (trailer)((hereafter identified as trailer)), a cottage.

 

 

I wish to reserve at "Le Camping du Gouffre". I guarantee to have read previously: :

        

1– The regulationS of the camping ground, to understand them and to respect them

2– The reservation policies and accept the cancellation modalities

 

I thus accept to :

 

3– give the required personal information and guarantee that they are true. 

4 – sign the form wich undertakes me to respect the following points:       

1. Camping Regulations

     

  1.1          A campsite welcomes        

                   1.      At most 2 adults with their children less than 18 years old

         2. 1 tent, 1 shelter tent, 1 car

         ou

            3. 1 registered VR

 

  1.2           Any other vehicle must be packed free of charge in the car parking lot at the reception. Any extra vehicle on your ground entails fees.

 

  1.3           Motor Traffic: maximum 10 km.

 

  1.4           The Check-Out time is fixed at 1:00 pm for the campsites and at 12:00 am (noon) for the cottages and fixed trailers. Past this time, extra day use fees will be charged.

 

  1.5           No Check-Out allowed before 8:00 am and no motor traffic tolerated betwen 1:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please respect the rest of other campers.

 

  1.6          Guests must have left at the latest at 10:30 pm

 

  1.7          The curfew takes place at 1:0 pm. Respect and rest.

 

  1.8           All the trees have been hand planted. We respect them and are anxious to keep them in good shape for a long time. Please don't start make fire under their foliage and their limbs and don't tear away their bark.

 

  1.9           The irresponsability of a minority of campers brings us to a very austere regulation. Whoever will be caught tearing away the bark of trees or will damage limbs or trees will pay a $100 fine minimum and will be expelled at once. Please help us to bring them to be more sensitive.

 

1.10         The fires are allowed only at specific places and must constantely be checked.    

 

  1.11         It is forbidden to throw waste anywhere else than in the refuse bins and/or to burn them in the fires.

 

  1.12         It is forbidden to wash clothes or dishes in the toilet sinks. Tubs where installed for this purpose outside the Toilet Blocks.

 

  1.13         Your radio or any other music must not, at any time, disturb your neighbours.Refrain from any excessive noise at any time.

 

  1.14         For the visit at the small farm, children must be accompanied by an adult.

 

  1.15         Pets :

 

-    Mustn't be tied to trees as the leash may damage and tear the bark.

 

             - Must always be held in leash (even cats)

 

             - Their excrements must be collected.

 

             - The dogs of attack are net allowed on this ground.

 

  1.16         At any time the client has to leave the premises and the equipment in good condition and clean. Any broken thing will be charged to the client. Places lefts dirty will be cleaned at the charge of the client.

 

Any person who doesn't respect the regulations can be expelled without other notice and without any refund.

2. Policies of booking and cancellation.

 

Reservation(Booking)

 

  2.1           Camping Sites :

The number of minimum overnight stays is 2 nights.

 

  2.2          Fixed Caravans and Cottages :

Three different stays are offered to you :

-          1 complete week

     (In Sunday at 3 pm, out next Sunday at Noon)

-          Full Weekend

     (In Friday at 3 pm Out Sunday at Noon)

-          5 Week Days

     (In Sunday at 3 pm Out Friday at Noon)

 

  2.3      Concerning an extension of your stay, a reservation doesn't guarantee the availability and/or priority on a site beyond the prepaid nights on this site.

 

  2.4          No refund will be made for a late arrival or a hasty departure.

 

  2.5          Any renter who doesn't arrive within 24 hours of the expected date of arrival without advising "Le Camping du Gouffre" for the delay, will see the reesvation cancelled and the site offered to a third party.

 

  2.6          A deposit representing 50% of the total amount will be required with the duly signed Reservation Form.

 

  2.7          "Le Camping du Gouffre" suscribes to the program of Guaranteed Satisfaction. If the client isn't satisfied by his site, he will have the occasion to choose another one according on the availability.

 

  Cancellation

 

  2.8          Campsite : The client who cancels his reservation receives no refund.

 

2.9      Fixed Trailer or Cottage :;: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made before May 31th. After this date, no refund will be posible.
