RESERVATION POLICY • A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required and is non-refundable ($ 20.00 min.) • For any cancellation within a delay of one week before expected arrival date, this amount will be transferable to another stay during the same season. • Reservation fee $ 2.50 + taxes
