Camping du Lac Blanc improves its image

Camping du Lac Blanc has just renewed its website to offer you a more user-friendly doorway to its campground.

You can now visit the different sections of our website to find all the information you are looking for.

GENERAL RULES

1) Réservation
It is preferable to reserve by phone or by Internet. A non-refundable 40-% deposit is required upon reservation (minimum of $25). If cancellation is made one week prior to arrival date, the total amount for the stay is applicable on another stay during the same season. Reservations must be made by adults. Equipment rental includes 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old. Children 16 years old and under must be accompanied by adults. Maximum of 2 equipments and 2 vehicles permitted per site. Reservation fees are $3.50 + taxes

2) Environnement
It is forbidden to use the lake for personal hygiene or washing clothes with cleaning products. Car washing is forbidden. Recycling containers are available on the site. We encourage people to use phosphate free soap. Litter must be disposed of in garbage bags and put in containers.

3) Arrival and departure
Campground: Arrival: 2:00 p.m. Departure: 1:00 p.m. Accommodation: Arrival: 5:00 p.m. Departure: noon It is possible to extend your stay (for additional fees) if the request is made on the same day and if the site has not been rented. Upon departure, you must leave the registering copy at the front desk.

4) Animals
Animals must be on leash at all times, and must be picked up after. Animals must not be left alone on campground site, and barking will not be tolerated. Animals are forbidden on the beach, at the lake, at the pool and in public places. No swimming within the campground territory. Fees for animals: $2 per day. In accommodations, only animals weighing less than 5 kg are allowed and fees are $5 per animal per day or $30 per week.

5) Fires & fireplaces
Fires and fireplaces are allowed in designated areas of each site. Fires must be of moderate height and safe. In dry season, fires can be forbidden. Fires must completely extinguished before going to bed for the night. Firecrackers are forbidden on the campground. Fireworks are permitted only on the beach between 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and litter must be picked up after.

6) Trees and shrubs
It is forbidden to cut, trim or damage trees and shrubs.

7) Boats
Jetskis are forbidden. Motor boats 10 forces and over are forbidden for all clients who did not make a reservation at the camping marina.

8) Curfew
Gates will be locked from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. A night guardian makes sure the rules are respected. No music or noise will be tolerated after 11:00 p.m. Fires must be extinguished no later than 12:30 a.m. It is forbidden to walk, bike or drive a car, other than for valid purpose after curfew.

9) Emergency
For any emergency during the night, there is a radio at the front desk with which you can call the night guardian, or go to site 49 (behind the front desk).

10) Behaviour
Firearms, air rifles, arrows, firecrackers, knives and other dangerous weapons are prohibited on the campground. Audio systems are forbidden at all times. Only small radios are permitted, at an acceptable volume.

11) Security on water
The pool, beach and water games are open everyday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Children 8 years old and under must be accompanied by people over 16 years old. Swimming is only permitted when lifeguards are on duty. Glass containers are forbidden at the beach and at the pool.

12) Driving around
Children, pedestrians and bikers always have priority. Excessive use of car is forbidden; you can walk or bike around the campground. Traffic regulations must be observed, and the speed limit is 10 km/h. Biking after sunset is forbidden. One-way roads must be observed. Motocross and golf carts are forbidden. It is forbidden to park along the streets and in empty sites. Driving ATVs in the campground from your site to the paths is limited to once a day from June 23 to August 22. No other traffic is permitted during this time period.

13) Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for registration and behaviour of their guests. Children are under the responsibility of their parents at all times. Clients commit to use safe equipments that are in good shape. The direction cannot be hold responsible for accidents and injuries during your stay, or for stolen or lost items. You must clean the site before you leave.

Anyone who does not obey these rules is liable to expulsion without reimbursement.
