Cancellation policy : If you should cancel your reservation deposits are non refundable, however if cancellations are made:
- At least 21 days prior to reserved arrival date: Deposits can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
- 8 to 20 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 10% cancellation fee on the total of the chalet rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
- 24 hours to 7 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 25% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
- Less than 24 hours prior to reserved arrival date or no-shows: There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost.
- During our high season periods: There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost if cancellations are made less than 21 days prior to reserved arrival date.
