The Renting Terms and General Clauses
The rate is payable in Canadian dollars. In order to confirm your
reservation, a $200.00 deposit is required within the following days of your request.
10 days after, the reservation will be cancelled. This amount will
be kept as a security deposit. 50% of the contract is due 60 days
before your stay and the balance must be settled 30 days before your arrival.
A Security Deposit
The amount of $200.00 required upon reservation is
kept as a security deposit until the condo's and the telephone bill are inspected. An amount can be withhold if there were long distance calls
breaking or negligence in the condo. The amount or the balance will be
returned by mail.
The Contract`s Cancellation
Administration fees of $50.00 will be collected on
the security deposit with a written cancellation notice before the 30 days.
As for the notice received within the 30 days before the stay, the reservation`s
total amount will be kept unless we are able to rent again for the same
period, then only the $50.00 fees will be retain on the balance.
The tenant commits himself to respect the condo's possessions
and the rules
on the site :
- To condo must be left back in the same condition it
was at the arrival.
- The dishes must be washed and put back in the cupboard.
- The garbage must picked up and taken out.
- All animals are strictly forbidden in the rented condos.
- The condo cannot be occupied by more than the number
of persons written down on the contract.
- It is forbidden to sublet wihout the owner`s consent.
- An amount can be withheld on the security deposit
if there is breaking or negligence in the condo.
- Arrival is at 6 PM the first renting day. (Modification
on request).
- Departure is at noon the last renting day. (Modification
on request).
