What is reeducate with horses?
OBJECTIVE
To highlight the interests of people requiring special attention through
therapeutic equestrian and learning activities:
- Behavioral and learning deficiencies.
- Autism.
- Intellectual deficiencies.
- Physical and sensory handicaps.
- Mental illness.
- Social disorder (alcoholism, drug-addiction).
- Temporary adjustment problems caused by:
mourning, separation, divorce, loss of employment, etc...
The horse, as a medium
- The rehabilitation via the horse as a companion is communicational activity
between the animal and his/her rider.
- Helps to better control one's emotions and reactions.
- Helps to discover the pleasures of progressively mastering the horse and
consequently enjoy success.
- Allows one to socialize in a new environment.
The reeducation with horses is also a physical activity
- It helps to improve coordination, balance and muscular tonus.
- It helps to become more aware of oneself and of the surroundings.
- It helps to improve the awareness and concentration.

Therapeutic follow through for youngsters and adults in transitional
