Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, we need your credit card number and the expiration date. (Visa, Master Card and American Express). If you cancel , an amount of 35$Ca / by day rent, will be charge on your credit card.

The nature of our small business is significantly affects by the cancellation. Although we understand emergencies unfortunately happen, last minute cancellation do not give us always time to re-let our room. It’s because we have to adept the strict cancellation policy.

If your cancellation happen 48 hrs before the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of your stay, will be charge.
