- For one night reservation add $75.00.
- A 5% discount for 4 or 6 nights and 10% for a 7 nights reservation.
- A $500.00 reservation per unit is required.
- For the holiday season from December 25, 2009 to January 1, 2010. No discounts allowed for late arrivals on early departures.
- For the period of December 23 to January 3 2010, 3 night reservation minimum is obligatory.
- Owner’s Fall and Spring Season Special on a 2-night reservation: 50% Off on the 2nd night. ( VALID FROM MARCH 22 TO APRIL 9, 2009 AND FROM SEPTEMBER 7 TO NOVEMBER 28, 2009.)
- FOR A RESERVATION OF 4 OR MORE NIGHTS WE GIVE YOU ONE FREE NIGHT BETWEEN APRIL 10 TO 12, 2009, FROM JUNE 21 TO SEPTEMBER 6, 2009 AND FROM NOVEMBER 29 TO DECEMBER 22, 2009. (Ex: 4 nights for the price of 3)
- FOR EARLY RESERVATION WITH US BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2009 – 4 NIGHTS OR MORE FROM DECEMBER 23, 2009 AND MARCH 20, 2010 YOU RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 5% DISCOUNT.
- FOR OTHER PERIOD 5 NIGHTS LODGING FOR THE PRICE OF 4 NIGHTS.
- All price are in Canadian dollars and payable in Canadian dollars.

Do not be worried about low prices. All of our Condos are clean and be offer personalized service. We, the owners live in the area and we are available at the times.
No pets are allowed in the condos.
