DIRECTIONS FROM HIGHWAYS 20 & 40 TO L’HÔTEL DU VIEUX QUÉBEC

A - Take highway 20 towards Quebec City and cross Pierre Laporte Bridge for Quebec City. After you cross the bridge, take exit 175, Boulevard Laurier, Quebec, Centre-Ville.
 
B - Take highway 40 east towards Quebec City and take Autoroute Duplessis sud (south) 540. Take exit 175, Boulevard Laurier, Québec, Centre-Ville.
 
 
Go straight on Boulevard Laurier for 10 kilometers. The Boulevard changes its name to Saint-Louis, Grande-Allée (7km) and back to Saint-Louis.

Continue straight through the walls into the Old City. Continue straight as the road bears left down the hill.

Turn left at De Buade (old gray buildings) and bear right on St Famille around the square, then left down the hill called Côte de la Fabrique.

L’Hôtel du Vieux Québec is at the bottom of the hill on your right at St Jean Street.

(Sounds confusing, but all you do is go straight until you turn left at “De Buade”)
