Lac Fontaine Club Outfitter is located in one of the most beautiful area of the Province of Quebec. To get there, you drive by the wonderful valley of Charlevoix and you follow the Saint Lawrence river a long way. You will appreciate the natural landscape panorama of Charlevoix.

Come and relax in Charlevoix's magnificient scenery. The CLUB DU LAC FONTAINE has been for a long time one of the renown area for spotted trout fishing (arctic fountain) of any size in Charlevoix. We never come home empty-handed. We have sowed lakes and others only with indigenous trout. The sowing is done in winter for distant lakes whereas at summertime, we are sowing weekly, two lakes..

We also have the license for ice fishing on two lakes; one with indigenous trout and another one with sowed trout (from 9 to 12 inches). Ice fishing is, every year, from January 1st to March 31st.

The Club opens up around May 10th and closes around October 30th in order to allow small game hunting. We have nine easily accessible lakes, abounding in fish located in a picturesque territory. There are solid rowing boats on every lake. We do not tolerate any gas engine on our lakes, besides Lac François because of its large surface.

Reservations must be done with a 30% deposit.

A guide is at your disposal, if wanted, as well as a fishing license.

Our cottages are available for bear hunting, small game hunting as well as moose hunting. We also rent cottages for skidoo riders.

Our cottages are far from one another and can accomodate from 4 to 16 people. They are equipped with good beds, woolen blankets, wood-burning stove, pots and pans and dishes. Each cottage has running water, an inside toilet, a hot water shower as well as lighting, a stove with an oven and a liquified petroleum gas refrigerator. Each cottage is also equipped with a propane central system and we have carbon monoxide detectors. The refrigerators and the hot water tanks are all equipped with chimneys. All our cottages have large galleries with B.B.Q. surrounded with screens; you must go through them before entering yout cottage.All cottages have exterior metal fireplace.

Pets are not allowed in order not to indisposed people suffering from allergies.

Since the water not treated, we ask you to bring your water of consumption.
