Because of a constant increase of its clientele and in order to meet growing requests, the Hotel Granbyen has proceeded in the Fall of 2002 to a major enlargement of its facilities.. Indeed, 17 new rooms have been added to the hotel that is the equivalent of a complete floor story, for a grand total of 82 rooms. In other respects a brand new elevator has been added and a spacious terrace seating 100 guests has been laid out in the new extension of the fourth floor.

As Mr. Fernand Dube the owner declared : Because of the increasing touring clientele of Granby and its region, plus the multiple package deals we offer, and in order for us to please our guests, that investment of half a million dollar was a must. As a matter of fact one of our short-term project is to renovate all our rooms, to give them a younger look

YOU'LL FEEL JUST LIKE AT HOME

Those 17 new rooms are nicely decorated in warm burgundy shades, once you have steeped into those functional and modern rooms you will feel like home. Mr. Dube adds During the renovation one of those rooms was equipped with a whirlpool tub, which makes a total of four rooms furnished with the same specifications.

FOR GREAT FOOD

In addition to its enlargement, the Hotel Le Granbyen is famous for its excellent dining room La Place Versailles Breakfast is served early in the morning, Savoury Table d'Hote meals are available both for lunch and for dinner. On Sundays a delicious brunch is served from 7 a.m. till 1 p.m.

Across the hall from the restaurant, the bar Le Moulin Rouge offers the perfect setting for those who want to kick back and relax in a friendly atmosphere. Live music is in style on Friday and Saturday nights, you do not want to miss those special evenings..we also offer 4 reception halls that can accommodate between 40 and 300 persons.
