A deposit is necessary to garantee your reservation.

If you reserve by phone : the deposit can be taken on your credit card ,at the time of the reservation or sent by mail within the next ten days by cheque or money order made to " Refuge du Faubourg ".

If you reserve online with this form: we will send you an email attesting your request and confirming our availability. Then the deposit can be taken on your credit card over the phone or sent by mail, within the next ten days, by cheque or money order made to " Refuge du Faubourg ".

You will soon receive an Email confirming your reservation as well as an estimated cost depending on the duration of your stay.

Should there be no vacancy on the day of your reservation, we will suggest you another date.

The balance should be paid on arrival.

There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.

All spaces on the reservation form must be filled in order to accept your reservation. If one or more of the spaces are left blank, we will ignore the reservation.

CANCELATION POLICY

• More than 14 days of your arrival date: $30 administration fee.
• From 13 days to 48hrs of your arrival date: 25% of the total stay.
• From 48 hrs to the day of arrival: 50% of the total stay.

High season: From December 22nd to January 1st: If you cancel, we keep a deposit of 1 night stay.

Policy for all cottages and condos: A deposit of 30% of the total is taken upon reservation. If you cancel 15 days and more before arrival the 30% deposit will be kept. If you cancel within less than 15 days before arrival, the paiement of the total have to be paid. No refund possible. THE TOTAL PAIEMENT HAVE TO BE DONE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
