Quebec is the name of a province located in eastern Canada, more precisely in the Gulf of the St. Lawrence region. It is one of the ten provinces forming the Canadian Federation.

The most populated and the most active* in eastern Canada, it is neighbored to the west by Ontario and Hudson Bay, to the North by the Hudson strait and Ungava Bay, to the Northeast by the Labrador peninsula, to the East by the gulf of St.Lawrence and New-Brunswick, and finally to the South by the United States.
