Restaurant Le Bouleau : Caring for your appetite since 1968 Established in Les Escoumins since 1968, le Restaurant Le Bouleau is located east of the town, in front of the Complexe Hotelier Pelchat, on top of a cliff that offers a splendid panorama on the St.Lawrence River. Your host, Mister Léo Pelchat, makes sure that you are always greeted in a friendly and courteous way, whether you choose the bench section, the air conditioned dinning room (100 places) or the reception room (50 places, upon reservation). The Menu The Restaurant Le Bouleau offers a wide choice of varied menus all served with meticulous attention. Besides the “menu du jour”, available from Monday through Saturday, the Chef also proposes delicious seafood dishes, live lobster (during the season) and regional cooking consisting in a lavish combination of local products from the sea and from the land. Plus many “à la carte” specialties such as: Italian cuisine, “grillades”, steak on the grill, health meals, fast food, and during the season, a special table d’hôte. Please note that Chinese food lovers can treat themselves to a delicious buffet every Sunday evening, from September till May. |
